How to play Netball

For writing, we had to make revolting recipes, once we completed that task we had to write a set of instructions of how to play a game, sport or do something. Since my interests in Netball have increased, I decided to dedicate my writing towards netball. This presentation answers, What is Netball? What are the rules of Netball? What positions are used? How are the positions used? How do I play Netball? I hope you learned a thing or two about this sport.

Revolting Recipies

Bloody Black Brownies

An amazing delicacy, not the healthiest but definitely that tastiest. This dish would feed those who despise or go against you but will be an amazing experience. You will be guaranteed a blood black brownie with dark red ooze coming out.

Tokelau Language Week

Tokelau Language week was a while ago but I decided to share the slides we made. Ahasi and I partnered up to create a mini presentation on things we learnt and found out about Tokelau’s Dances, Music and traditional clothing. We were able to find out so many exciting things on the beautiful country of Tokelau. Enjoy our presentation!

Cybersmart W5 T4

This week for our cybersmart we had to add images from google and from our blogs to finish the task. We added the images, the author and also the link to where we found the photo. For our first slide, we had to find an image that we would add into our blog, the second slide was selecting an image I made and is shared on my blog. The last slide required us to go onto a friend/peers blog and find an image from there. This task was fun to do and took me about 20 minutes which was easy. Take a look at my work!

My School Holidays

The 2 week holidays went by so fast, I had so much oeace just staying at home. During these 2 weeks I was kept busy and I have three highlights I would like to share.

  • One of my highlights were having a feed at church. This feed was for the Konifelenisi (Conference). I helped make food which were potato salad, crab salad, sushi, chicken and also making treat baskets. When we got to church the hall was full of food. I ate so much food, especially pig. I went home with a lot of extra food and a stomach ache.
  • I also spent a lot of my time babysitting. My sister and her partner were at church a lot for the conference so my job as an aunty was to look after the kids. There were 4 of them and they were a lot of work. To be completely honest looking after them was a workout. I loved spending majority of my holidays with them and they were very naughty but I still love them.
  • My last highlught was staying home and cleaning. I did dishes, vacuuming, cleaned bedrooms and also helped with dinner when I could. I honestly got used to doing these things oftenly and they became apart of my daily routine.

I still love being at school and missed everybody. I hope I make awesome memories for my last term in intermediate and I am excited to see what the rest of the term holds for everyone.

Tongan Language Week 2024

Last week we celebrated Tongan Language Week. There were a group of students who had been a part of 2 different skits and a dance called Milolua. The skits and dance were about Kava Ceremonies. One of them were Social Kava Ceremonies and the other was a Wedding one. I was so honored to be the bride recieving Kava from the groom. We had so much fun and learnt so much about Kava.

Team Tui’s Fun Run T3

Today Team Tui had a fun run from Pakuranga Yacht Club to Saint Kentigern College. I was so thankful to be one of the Top 10 Girls meaning I ran pretty much last along with some others. It was my first time attending this Fun Run at this specific place but was so much better than I thought. It was much shorter then I expected but I was still able to get through it. Afterwards we were able to play on the field along with Glen Innes School! This was my last ever Fun Run in primary and it was really fun.

Probability

For Probability we learnt how to find out the probability of somebody picking out a specific color out of the box without looking. We then learnt how to find the fractions accordingly. We then found the answers. Check out my work!
